The H-PLANET reinforcement system developed in accordance with the CRM – Composite Reinforced Mortar – technique consists of pre-formed CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) meshes and accessories with improved adhesion, combined with high-strength mortar, guaranteeing the structure excellent mechanical properties and durability.
Elements reinforced in this way increase their ductility and dissipative capacity in the plane, as well as their resistance to actions perpendicular to it.
The CRM reinforced plaster technique in CRFP is the ideal solution for:

Solution
The H-PLANET system represents an innovation in terms of application. The mesh is installed quickly and easily thanks to the self-supporting characteristics due to the stiffness of the material.
The mortar is applied in manual or automatic mode in a single layer, incorporating the mesh into the thickness of the mesh, without the need to work ‘fresh on fresh’ as is the case with common reinforcement systems with dry or coated fiber meshes. The result is a reduction in laying time and improved site organisation.
H-PLANET is a reinforcement, repair and anti-oveturning system for structural and secondary elements using preformed carbon meshes with improved adhesion, combined with cement-based mortars for thin reinforced plasters according to the CRM technique. The result is the widespread improvement of the shear and flexural strength of masonry panels for in-plane and out-of-plane behaviour.
In the case of vault reinforcement, the CRM system using the CFRP reinforced plaster technique can be applied to both the intrados and extrados and provides the vault with the required flexural strength under seismic and static conditions, without a significant increase in weight.
The absence of corrosion phenomena in the reinforcement guarantees high durability and effectiveness of the system over time and allows low thicknesses to be maintained.
For the reinforcement of slabs, the CRM H-PLANET reinforced plaster system uses CFRP carbon-fiber preformed meshes and bars to create collaborating reinforced slabs. The mesh can be connected to the underlying slab via metal connectors.
Confinement system for concrete and reinforced concrete columns and pillars with the aim of improving compressive and flexural properties.
In addition, the use of head and foot anchors significantly contributes to improving the mechanical behaviour of the element.
Confinement achieved in this way results in a homogenous and diffuse structural improvement with high mechanical and ductility characteristics and a modest increase in the structure’s stiffness.
H-PLANET is a reinforcement, repair and anti-overturning system for secondary elements that uses preformed carbon meshes with improved adhesion, combined with cement-based mortars with high strength and adhesion, for the construction of thin reinforced plasters. The result is the widespread improvement of the shear and flexural strength of masonry panels in in-plane and out-of-plane behaviour.
